Looking for something more concept-to-completion? Think of this as your one-stop-shop for your mini renovation with a big reveal at the end. No client is the same, so let’s come up with a custom design plan tailored specifically for your wants and needs. With my custom design service, I will plan and purchase all of your soft finish items, such as curtains, rugs, furnishings, and decor for the spaces you specify, using the budget you determined during the consultation phase of the process. When all your items have arrived, we will coordinate your install day in which I will come to set the furnishings and arrange all the decor within the space(s). I can also help make suggestions on lighting, flooring, backsplashes, and more.

Each project is paid for at an hourly rate determined during your consultation, depending on the scope of your project, with a minimum of 10 hours at a rate of $125 per hour (the average time needed for for most 1-2 room projects is between 10 to 20 hours). Hours are prepaid, starting at 10 hours and additional hours can be added at any time. Once 10 hours has been reached for any projects, clients will be notified that additional hours are needed. Each project will also include a separate invoice for all products to be purchased once the budget is determined per project. At your project's completion, you'll receive a sheets doc with a link to all purchase receipts for full transparency purposes.

Here is a general breakdown for how hours are accounted for, for a 1-2 room project:

Meetings and client communication- 1-2 hours
Site visit and measurements- 1 hour
Space planning and design concept- 1-2 hours
Sourcing- 2-3 hours
Mood board presentation and approval for larger furniture pieces- 1-3 hours
Purchasing and vendor communications- 1-3 hours
Install and final presentation- 3-6 hours
